I’m sorry for to little info , been busy days, on self hosting updated to latest release from today ,Ubuntu 22.04, 32GB 8core had to make relay by mailgun since GCP is blocking 25
Try sending with different clients (SOGo, Thunderbird, etc)
Does the same happen when you send to internal addresses?
Are there any things configured in Mailgun which might have influence on outgoing mails?
esackbauer We are right now testing on em-client and thunderbird. mail between internal users is no problem, just the mails going outside but as i know mailgun aint filtering outgoing
Please test also with SOGo.

esackbauer its really strange, i tested sogo , windows email clients, pop and imap, with and without attachment on primary domain and secondary domain with accounts on each domain, no problem at all.
Switched to iphone and mac email clients, if mailing from secondary domain on POP account, emails with attachments are blocked IF dmarc policy is set to reject. if i set it to none it passes
see log from mailgun.
