I downgraded and switched back to legacy mode.

Now everything works including sending and forwarding messages from other connected IMAP accounts.

If you are using SoGo and have other IMAP accounts connected to it, do not upgrade to the stable branch!

As I wrote until update 2025-03 everything worked, now forwarding and sending from a linked IMAP account in SoGo does not work.

Since the last update, I can’t send/forward emails from these accounts and an orange window with an exclamation mark always appears.
