Global mail signature

Hello brilliant minds, please how can I add a global mail signature for all the mailboxes inside my mailcow. Any help will be appreciate please

Edit a domain, there is a tab called “Domain wide footer”. Afaik there is no option to do this for ALL domains in a single step via the GUI

DocFraggle Do I add it in the plaintext or HTML.. I’m really confused because I just tried a test email now and its not there in the email body

lumideez Hmm, just tested it with one of my domains, doesn’t work for me as well… I never used it before, though…

DocFraggle thanks it ended up working not as plain text but as HTML.

lumideez OK you’re right, HTML works. Strange, seems like a bug

EDIT: Ah ok, I know what the problem is 😃 PLAIN is meant for plain text emails, HTML is meant for HTML emails. It’s not about the text you enter.
I always sent out HTML emails to test the footer
