I have two different domains on my Mailcow setup, but I don’t know how to configure separate SSL certificates for each domain. Additionally, I’m experiencing an SSL error in Thunderbird related to my Mailcow setup. Thanks for your help!

The cert is made with CloudFlare

Here a screenshot of the thunderbird error :

Well, you should post this at a Cloudflare forum then.

Sure, I have no idea how you do this with Cloudflare. Mailcow would do this on it’s own, but without Cloudflare

can tou tell me even if its not with cloudflare ?

I added my second domain in the mailcow.conf, but after that, ACME doesn’t seem to issue a certificate for my second domain, only for the first one

Mailcow isn’t able to determine the IPv6 address of your machine and it seems you added only IPv6 DNS records?

Yes, for autoconfig and autodiscover, I handle them with another web server, so that’s fine. However, I don’t see any logs indicating an attempt to issue a certificate for ‘nazuna.ovh’

What exactly did you add? Please paste the ADDITIONAL_SAN variable
