Not really… You missed the reverse DNS (PTR) part…
And additionally, your IP adress is blacklisted on zen.spamhaus.org
And if you have an IPv6 enabled host, you must also have those DNS entries done for IPv6

Yes, while I was trying to figure out why I cannot receive any emails, I came across the statement that my Ip is banned from Spamhaus, even tho I havent really done anything…

As I said before, I am not really good with ubuntu or any other stuff, really, but I have heard of Ipv6, but I do bot know where to find that. Thanks for your reply.

I have seen you are on Oracle Cloud? Then you can set the PTR record via their admin panel.
Your IP is banned because the former owner of that IP has probably done something wrong.

Yes, I am on a oracle cloud server. Do you maybe know where should I search for the admin panel setting for setting records?

Is there a way to unban the Ip by any chance?

kitoxis No. You create an A record for your mail server wherever your domain’s DNS is configured. You said you already did this.
Then see the link above:

Open a service request and include the following information:

The IP address and fully qualified domain name (FQDN) you want in the PTR.
The FQDN of the forward record that you created in step 1.

I think you can make a request, just that when I was searching through the docs, I saw that you need to create a zone and when I tried it said that I need to upgrade my account to do that.

Okay so it turns out, you cannot make a technical request if you are not paid, and I need the technical request to ask for the ptr record…

kitoxis No, you don’t have to create a zone if you’re just using a VM there. The VM has an assigned IP address with which you configured your DNS forward entries like mail.yourhost.com
Oracle has to set the PTR record for this IP address, and to do that you have to create a service request with the information from above.
