Hi all,

I just restore mailcow backup into another server, the process show no error
but when i try login into sogo, it shows no mailbox selected

did anyone facing the same problem like mine?
or
anyone can help me fixing the problem

Hi, I am using backup and restore scripts, as mention on documentation

Alternatively, you can use the ./helper-scripts/backup_and_restore.sh script to create a full backup on the source machine, then install mailcow on the target machine as usual, copy over your mailcow.conf and use the same script to restore your backup to the target machine.

      suddenly the sogo and mailbox t works

      i didn’t do anything
      not sure what happen

        just now i tried update the mailcow
        and
        sadly it happen again

        no mailbox selected on sogo

          7 days later

          just check and as I expected,
          the mailbox is works

          hehehe

          nothing to do from last check

            I dont do anything, just wait couple of days and works / resolve by it self

            I am not sure the problem is, but i think the certificate
