bbaovanc What do resources do? I searched the mailcow docs and community, but I couldn’t find any information on what they are and how to use them.
tbrummell Exactly what it says it is, a Resource. Like a room, or a device, like a projector and such. Then people can “book” the Resource in their calendar. Once it’s booked, it shows as Busy for others.
tbrummell When adding an entry using SOGo, use the “Invite Attendees” field, begin typing the address you created for the resource, then click on it. You will then see the calendar availability of the resource.
