Block account if send 50 mail per minute

I need the mail account to be turned off or deactivated if it tries to send 50 mail per minute.

Is this a feature request? Or are you going to work on it? Do you want to “sponsor” it?

Yes, he can probably wait for a ban in Redis. Or modify the PHP script used in meta_exporter.
