I have been running mail cow for a while now without issues, i have gone through updates etc and no issues. This morning out of the blue I got a certificate issue on my smtp server. I run mail.domain.com through a nginx reverse proxy and the smtp, and those ports are forwarded directly through to the docker mailcow machine. I typically copy my nginx certs into mailcow via /data/asset/ssl/ . I haven’t had any issues until this morning when I got the message. My uptime monitor checks every 60s that my certs are expired. My mail.domain.com is a vaild cert till the end of june so i copyed it over thinking maybe the smtp one is expired. and restated the docker, along with updated and rebooted my pc and still the cert is expired. not sure what changed and or why. i checked the time and date on my pc and that is good and set correct, also the certs are vaild Please help.
****** Never mind all set, I had copied over cert. and not fullchain , after a few more tests agaist the smtp server i saw the issue. Great software and very durable and easy to work out issues.
