Yes.

Android: FairEmail (paid version offers invite integration), eM Client, and DAVx5 for CalDAV/CardDAV
Linux: Evolution, Thunderbird

I am not aware that MAPI will replace ActiveSync on mobile devices. MAPI comes from desktop clients.
