barticekk Hello, I somehow bricked my mailcow and I need to somehow export all my emails from barticekk@barticekk.eu. I cannot access the web interface (admin or sogo). If someone knows i will appreciate any kind of help cause I am really desperate right now
esackbauer Restore from backup? That would be my approach if you are not willing to share some details about your config, your logs/error messages to find the error.
barticekk esackbauer the problem is i dont have a backup. i do not really care about showing the configs
esackbauer how do you expect that we help you then? you could try to copy the vmail folders and the encryption key and transfer this to a new separate dovecot or mailcow installation. barticekk esackbauer Okay i have created backups of vmail and crypt but when i try to import it back this error pops up [upl-image-preview uuid=ac9e593d-a127-4ca6-ab33-3267004d5b95url= alt={TEXT?}] note that i am importing it to a new instance i created on my work laptop
esackbauer Looks like you are not running mailcow on a supported platform. https://docs.mailcow.email/getstarted/prerequisite-system/#supported-os Check also your docker and docker compose versions: https://docs.mailcow.email/getstarted/install/#docker-and-docker-compose Also it seems mailcow was not properly installed with./generate_config.sh
