Hello everyone,

I have been trying to send scans from my Canon MF643Cdw to my mailbox for several days now, but I am unable to do so. The settings are the same as those I use in my email program. When I check the logs in Mailcow, I can’t find anything.

Has anyone managed to get this working and can provide me with the settings?

That is hard to believe, if you have configured teh Canon with the right DNS name and IP address, or its a firewall issue.
There should be something in the postfix logs.

What exactly did you configure in Canon? SMTP? With user/pw? which port? which encryption?
