Lowercase ü always jumps to the end of the line in Mailcow subject lines

Hello everyone👋,
I have a strange bug where the lowercase letter ü always jumps to the end of the line in the subject and recipient fields of Mailcow.

Actually, it’s only ü and only in Chromium-based browsers; Firefox is fine.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? 😅

Is this the latest Sogo version with 2025-09?

Yes, the problem exists in 2025-09a and also in testing eb84847a. Both use sogo-mailcow (ghcr.io/mailcow/sogo:1.134). The problem also exists in sogo-mailcow (ghcr.io/mailcow/sogo:1.133).

I just updated my mailcow and tested this myself, but I can’t reproduce this

Next upgrade: 2025-09b, same bug.
(ghcr.io/mailcow/sogo:1.135).

Bug with browsers:
Google Chrome Version 140.0.7339.127 (Official Build) (64-bit).
Chromium 140.0.7339.80
Brave v1.82.166 (Chromium 140.0.7339.133).

Firefox is still fine with no bugs on any of the tested Firefox-based browsers (version ₁₄₂.0.1).

It’s the same, I’m on Chrome Version 140.0.7339.128 (Official Build) (64-bit) and I can’t reproduce the problem,

ITT Did you test this with other computers / mobile phones as well? Maybe it’s just a problem of your PC?
