how to set up email signature

I want each email to have a signature:
last name first name
company
phone
website
but I don’t see where I can change this in the settings

Email -> Configuration -> Domains -> Edit -> Domain wide footer

Hmm do not think so, but this could be nice feature request to add Custom attributes from mailbox into variables in domain wide footer. For example to pass requested phone. I like it!

Oh I’m totally wrong this foo is custom attribute so you can do it!!!! Nice :-)

The manual process for each user to change his signature is quite hidden.
In Sogo settings you need to go to E-Mail - IMAP accounts, click on the pencil at the right end next to your account,
then activate default identity and then with a dropdown you are able to put in a personal signature…
