hello. I think I have a dns issue that is causing emails to outlook customers to fail. when i send and email to an outlook hosted address, I get the following response:

This is the mail system at host mail.myserver.com.

                   The mail system

<user@example.com>: Host or domain name not found. Name service error for
    name=example-com.mail.protection.outlook.com type=AAAA: Host not found,
    try again

I thought this was a simple DNS resolution issue, but I have done dig commands from both the host, and the acme container and they both pass with no issue. The host is not firewall’d

My network does not have ipv6 enabled, and ipv6 is fully disabled according to the mailcow documentation. The ipv6-nat container does not start.

I am running pihole, but have disabled it with no different results.

Happy to post whatever anyone needs to inspect, but I am out of places to look.

Post infos about your setup.

Also check all MTUs.

Please also post what exactly you changed to disable IPv6. Verify you really did what you post, please.

I need to know specifically if you want to see certain logs or settings, because i have no idea where to look for anything that might resemble a smoking gun. after 6 months of this server and playing with it every few days, the only thing I have found is that the /var/spool/postfix/etc/resolve.conf does not exist.
