This is for mailcow-dockerized.
Been digging for a while, and other than attempting to parse the logfiles, I can’t find where the list of blocked IP’s might be available?
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks. I had looked there before, but that last time, there was just an error.
Using that URL, too, I can fetch via API. Too bad it doesn’t have those timeouts that the UI shows, too!
There was/is a bug related to bans, think you are affected, fix is in 
staging so you can try to patch your MC or wait to next release GitHub
