Hello,

currently I’m running few smaller instances of Mailcow for few users, now I would like to run “big” instance. To outline it, should have about 150 mailboxes and 2T of mails. Currently I’m looking for 16CPU, 32GB RAM cloud base VPS. Do you have similar instance? What’s your experience? Will this VPS be sufficient?

Awesome, just little clarification, if you wrote ActiveSync, than you mean MS Exchange ActiveSync protocol, can this formula be applied to IMAP/POP3? (Not familiar whit ActiveSync, or how this is internally in Mailcow)

I was guessing resource from mine experience when smaller instance about 30 mailboxes currently about 0.1TB of mails projected to max 0.25TB using 4CPU and 6GB, IMAP/POP3, so far running several month without any hiccups.

Just curious are you running some instance in similar size?
