I know this post is already a few days old, but I wanted to add my two cents:
I still have the same problem of not being able to receive mails from Adidas. Or to put it another way: I have never received any mails from Adidas.
I have placed exactly two orders with Adidas.
Once in 2020 with my now somewhat older domain.
And in 2024, I placed another order, this time with an email address from my new domain.
In both cases, the email address was mail@domain.com
I know that this probably won’t help much, but I already reported this to Adidas customer service at the time.
A few days later I received an email from support.
