OK, so, this is pretty strange. One of the users on my instance regularly sends emails to a few specific people.
They constantly have issues seeing any attachment if/when only they use Outlook. Everything works fine on any other client.
Did anyone ever experienced anything similar? I have no clue what (else) to check,

Or is it the receiver that cannot see attachments with outlook but with e.g. their webmail?

No, on the local server is ok. Issue seems to be, somehow, on the remote side which of course I have no way to debug or investigate more. Tried searching for similar issues but found nothing.
Is it any type of attachment? Or specific type?
Perhaps try setting up an @outlook.com address and sending the same attachment to there or even cc/bcc the message to there. That may give you a clue as to where it is being stripped.
