  • ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT après 10 minutes

Bonjour,
J’ai installé mailcow sur un serveur neuf et entièrement vide.
L’installation fonctionne très bien. J’ai même configuré un domain et une boite mail. Tout est super.
Mais, après environs 10mn plus rien de fonctionne, ni les mails, ni l’interface.
Je suis obligé de faire : docker compose down puis docker compose up -d et tout refonctionne mais uniquement à peine plus que 10 minutes.
Quelqu’un aurait-il la possibilité de m’aider svp ?

Good morning,
I installed mailcow on a new and completely empty server.
The installation works very well. I even configured a domain and an email box. Everything is great.
But, after around 10 minutes, nothing works anymore, neither the emails nor the interface.
I have to do: docker compose down then docker compose up -d and everything works again but only for barely more than 10 minutes.
Would anyone be able to help me please?

Finalement après 1h, le système est tombé.
Je ne sais pas du quoi regardé.

Mailcow does not free you from understanding how those work. Mailcow just makes the installation of a groupware server simple, but not the operations or configuration.
Also basic docker know how is a must. We cannot educate you in this basic IT know how.

Please post the server specs. Do you meet the minimum requirements?

    Le serveur possède 7Go de RAM,
    Processeur 2 CORE
    Il est sous Debian 12
    C’est le serveur B2-7 chez ovh.
    Je n’ai installé que 2 boites emails
