Regarding Mail Issue

Hi, I have deployed a mailcow server in our environment and also configured split delivery with outlook. As checked all my delivery emails are send to spam. Also I try to send the mail to my personal account (gmail.com) but I facing the following error. Can anybody please check and help to resolve the issue.

Did you install Mailcow on a residential IP?

I installed mailcow in our private cloud and we are using it publicly by NATing the private IP to public IP.

We also pointed the public IP in our Domain DNS.

a quick check with www.blacklistalert.org shows that your IP 122.165.240.218 is on several blacklists and there is no proper reverse DNS configured.

Google got a LOT more stricter on the rules to accept incoming emails. Make sure SPF, DMARC, DKIM and everything else is in perfect order too, other than also getting the IP removed from those BL.

Thanks for the update, During the initial stages, we were able to send emails to Gmail accounts. However, we are currently unable to do so.

So why are the Google MX server involved then? Check your config

Who are you trying to send the email to?
The email address you are trying to send does not exist on the destination email server.
Google’s MX is where the destination domain is hosted and they’re telling you the recipient’s address does not exist.
There’s nothing you have to configure, other than sending the email to the correct address.

Don’t take it bad, but you seem to be lacking base knowledge in order to be able to properly manage a mail server, I would advice to get proper support.

No, an MX lookup of xaasio.com shows it points to Microsoft. But why are the mails sent to Google and not to Microsoft? That’s the config error imho

was confused by the fact he was mentioning the issue with gmail a few posts above.
So, it looks he’s having some sort of mail routing issue (with his own domain being sent to Google) AND failing to send emails to Google, regardless of the above.

Thanks for the support.

Now we have successfully able to deliver emails for all the domain except gmails.

We have added all the records in our DNS but still we can’t able to delivery email to gmail account.
