veera Hi, I have deployed a mailcow server in our environment and also configured split delivery with outlook. As checked all my delivery emails are send to spam. Also I try to send the mail to my personal account (gmail.com) but I facing the following error. Can anybody please check and help to resolve the issue.
veera I installed mailcow in our private cloud and we are using it publicly by NATing the private IP to public IP. We also pointed the public IP in our Domain DNS.
esackbauer a quick check with www.blacklistalert.org shows that your IP 122.165.240.218 is on several blacklists and there is no proper reverse DNS configured. Please check once again the DNS requirements: https://docs.mailcow.email/getstarted/prerequisite-dns/
maddler Google got a LOT more stricter on the rules to accept incoming emails. Make sure SPF, DMARC, DKIM and everything else is in perfect order too, other than also getting the IP removed from those BL.
veera Thanks for the update, During the initial stages, we were able to send emails to Gmail accounts. However, we are currently unable to do so.
