Cisco30 I just noticed on the site intodns.com that my MX name validity is invalid, and I don’t understand why, on mxtoolbox.com I have no error apart from being blocked on SORBS DUHL because it thinks I have an IP dynamic and this is not the case, do you have any idea, thank you
D4niel I wouldn’t bother about that too much if everything works. Some scripts or sites don’t always work like they’re supposed to. I tried another .cloud domain and it showed an error as well.
Cisco30 yes everything works fine, but in fact I am trying to unban my IP from http://www.sorbs.net/, because it is the only site with which I have a problem, I am not listed on any other list , and when I follow the unban procedure, I still see an MX error, and I followed all their advice to be delisted (TTL, PTR…..) but it’s weird my IP has been banned for 24/ 11/2003 and this IP was assigned to me when I switched to optical fiber 3 years ago… I even opened a ticket with them but there was no response for a month and a half
DocFraggle Your problem likely is: DUHL entries: Dynamically Allocated hosts/networks (your IP is not fixed - even if you have kept the IP for over a year) I guess you don’t really have a fixed IP, even though you may have it for more than three years… the network your IP belongs to is classified as the above DUHL entry… you won’t be able to unlist I’m afraid…
Cisco30 And yet my internet service provider only assigns fixed IPs, Internet router menu: and here is the management interface of my internet provider: so I don’t understand where there is a problem…
Cisco30 my internet provider even allows personalized reverse DNS (PTR), so if the IP address is necessarily fixed otherwise this option will not be useful Mailcow works very well, and everywhere. I just hope this problem can be resolved one day.
maddler Residential IPs are usually blocked, regardless of the address being statically assigned or managed via DHCP.
Cisco30 I would like to have your opinion on my DNS config, perhaps I made mistakes on the MX parameters. Thank you for your help default TLLs are 86400 ( 0 = 86400 )
Cisco30 because I have configured 2 inputs of type A, because I need to redirect *.datanetwork.cloud to datanetwork.cloud (type A) I thought this could create a conflict with mail.datanetwork.cloud (type A)
Cisco30 Hi , my request was successful yesterday, you just had to be patient for it to process my request at “sorbs.net”, between 1 and 2 months but I am no longer blacklisted. My problem is solved.
