piperino What do you mean panel of hoster? I don’t have access to such a thing, I only have terminal access (the server is a server that is running in my friend’s network).
The thing is that the PTR record is not supposed to be what mailcow detects (On cloudflare, as you can see on the screenshots, I’ve configured the mail.project-hestia.me
to the IP (and not the weird domain) and the PTR record to mail.project-hestia.me
so everything should work).
And why is my friend’s IP blacklisted?
As the server is at his home, it’s behind a router (Freebox) and I’ve configured the port redirection to allow all Mailcow ports and domains.
EDIT: I saw that “82-65-80-184.subs.proxad.net” is a domain name associated with my friend’s router as proxad.net redirects to his internet provider’s website. But IDK why only for this record it shows the internet provider weird domain instead of the IP. (Also I saw that I am able to recieve emails through Mailcow but not send them as expected)
