RCPT 550 5.7.1 Session encryption is required

Hi all. I recently started using mailcow. I have a problem receiving mail from some addresses. Postfix logs: RCPT 550 5.7.1 Session encryption is required. I was tested my server https://www.mail-tester.com/. SCore of my server 10/10. Help me solve my problem, please.

How can we help if you don’t share more details, like the exact log including IP addresses?

Of course not, thats an option in the mailcow UI, you have to logon with your mailbox account.
You seem to be pretty new with mailservers…
Not every mailserver out there is capable of sending/receiving via encryption, so leave the defaults and do not force TLS.

Did you actually look at the post above?
It tells you exactly where and what to do.

just used the toggle “enforce incoming encryption” in the mailbox settings.

If that’s not clear, don’t take it bad, I’d strongly advise to have a good read at the https://docs.mailcow.email/.
