I am facing a weird issue that I don’t know how to handle. I started using mailcow and everything is working fine on multiple domains. Except for one. When the user is connected to the WiFi he can’t connect to his email and sending and receiving emails as well. However, if connects to a different internet conenction everything works perfectly. Would it be possible that my mailcow server has blocked a certain IP? If yes, how can I check the blocked IPs and what may caused this ?

Have a look at the Fail2ban page, there you can see and unban banned IPs
System -> Configuration -> Options -> Fail2ban parameters

Do you know how can I find the root cause of this?
Well, the default setting is entering a wrong password 10 times in 600 seconds
