Heyhey.
Since i switched to mailcow im having problems receiving mails.
For example, if i sent a mail to me with my gmail oder yahoo account it works flawlessly within seconds.
But on most companys or services it takes up to 5-10 minutes for the mail to show up in my mailbox. (the time in thunderbird is like 10minutes in the past even though it just popped up in sogo and thunderbird).
At some services i dont even get the mail at all. In most cases the logs are empty until it gets delivered 10 minutes after it shouldve. Rspamd also cant be the problem because i configured it to let any mail with any score through to my mailbox and there are no blocked mails in the rspamd history.
Also some commercial services like this mailcow forum deliver the mail instantly again.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

    massithequackingduck I checked some of the delayed mails and it seems normal.

    Why are you complaining then? Could it be that Thunderbird is confugired to only get every 10 minutes?

      Because they show up delayed in my mailbox. the tool you sent me looks normal when i give it the headers i meant.
      no it isnt. i also refreshed manually and in SoGo theyre also delayed

      5-10 minutes is usually graylisting by rspamd, but if there aren’t any logs at that time it rather sounds like an issue with either DNS

      Did you verify that the mail server is reachable through both IPv6 and v4? Is there any other firewall in front?
