Dear Mailcow Community,

can anyone help me with following problem: I have a mailcow instance which always worked like a charm, but suddenly it took like an eternity to receive emails. I noticed that emails show up after a few seconds in rspamd but not in my mailbow. They sometimes take HOURS to get shipped to my Inbox.

What could be the cause here? The Instance once worked perfectly with almost instant receiving mails. Could there be any dns records missing(i recently changed to my own zoneservers).

Thanks in advance

i recently changed to my own zoneservers.

Can you elaborate on that?
And you really do not have any logs from postfix and rspamd concerning that mail?
Did you see that mail stuck in Queue Manager?

    Have something to say?

With zoneservers i mean is run my own DNS Server with PowerDNS and have my Domains on that now. But it should be configured absoluetly fine

Unfortunately i dont see that mail in den Queue Manager 🙁 Its just full with watchdog@invalid things

And yes i do have logs on both but nothing suspicious..just handling the email as you would think it would

As changing the DNS servers seems to be the only thing you changed I would think that was the cause.
What do the DNS test in the domain config tab show?
Have you analyzed the smtp headers with MxToolbox Icon Email Header Analyzer, RFC822 Parser - MxToolbox

Where the delay is caused from?
And pls check docs.mailcow.email Icon Using an external DNS service - mailcow: dockerized documentation
    docs.mailcow.email Icon docs.mailcow.email
