Hello,
I have a question about what is the best method to connect an external disk for mail data.

The official documentation writes to use a symlink, but there is an issue that recommends to use a bind mount.

What is the best and safest solution to avoid problems?

For example in the past it happened that by restarting the server the references to the external disk were lost and Mailcow restarted using the local disk again.

    Hi barbero did you manage to solve this?
    If so, how you did it?
    I’m also trying to store the “email data” into a block storage from my VPS provider, because - so far - MailCow is working with the main SDD and I don’t know how to make it recognize the other drive.
