I recently have updated my mailcow (it was severely out of date). After the update, I seem to be getting the following errors with SOGo, and it is failing to load the page. Just gives me a blank one. Anyone have any ideas where to start with this? I have confirmed my mysql container is functional and SOGo is able to connect to it. I also have other domains on this mail server too which do not seem to be present in the errors seen only 1 domain.

shu I hope you got this solved.
I had a fresh install of mailcow, and had this error immediately when trying to login to SOGo with a new email account. The solution for me was to restart SOGo via the menu - Email -> Restart SOGo

sjcrookes Hi that was a basic solution that I tried many times. I regret wasting 3-4 weeks on trying to resolve the problems with mailcow and soGo. I terminated the VM several times and reinstalled fresh copy of everything several times, it once started working perfetly and i was happy, the next morning, it again stopped working. I finally decided to get rid of this pain and deleted mailcow/ soGo and installed cyberpanel and use it’s email function. Works fine until now. Thanks

Thanks for sharing your experience shu This is my first time using Mailcow, I hope I don’t end up with the same issues : /
Out of interest, were there any indications the issues might be related to resources, like memory, cpu, disk etc…? Do you know the state of your machine before the crash?

I agree, would be interesting if the spec requirements stated in the docs were met. 99.99% of all mailcow users don’t experience these issues
