Question about Redirect Proxy?

Hi
I was wondering if someone could shed somelight on the issue, Currently i want to redirect the mail.domain.com to the SOGO mail and the admin panel would be mail.domain.com/admin
I was reading abit mailcow/mailcow-dockerized393 but was not really clear what was the solution
Would i need to look at the nginx config of mailcow or would i need to redirect using my NGINX proxy currently using SWAG This is my config at the moment
