Hi im new in mailcow, i switched to new server (Hetzner) and mailcow to avoid deliverability problems that i had with contabo vps and plesk email services,
i follow the instructions as per mailcow documentation for ubuntu installation,
But i spend over 4 hours to fix the problem that not Sending emails, i cant understant why happened that,
Im only receiving but not sending.

Im using hetzner server with cloudflare.
I have already enter reverse dns in primary ip ,

The weird think is that when i try to send it to myself then im getting the message

TCP/25 is the standard port to deliver emails between servers. There’s no point in changing it, if you ever would like to deliver emails successfully to external servers. You need to get this port unblocked.

They can unblock it, maybe read the docs I sent you. They block it so spammers won’t buy a cheap cloud server, spamming around for 1h and give the server back.

    I already read the docs thats why i asking how to use the 587 that isnt working for me, also hetzner support as you can see on screenshot says that must whait 1 month ,
    So i want to make it clealr if i cant make it work before one month with hetzner, to try again Contabo.
    But with Contabo i have bad experience with reputation of ips and black lists.

      No one is typing
