I am in the progress of migrating from another mail server where I was able to provide a fetchmail (Pop3) functionality for my users. Now with the sync service running IMAP the users would get the folder structure on the remote server (which they dont’t want to see).

How can I now pull those mails from the remote server from various folders on that server, but put them all in one (e.g. inbox) folder on my mailcow? Thx for any help on this.

Hi,
you could use the original imapsync (which is the base for the sync-feature in Mailcow) via cronjob and sync everything into a single mailbox and folder, see here:
