Hi,
you could use the original imapsync (which is the base for the sync-feature in Mailcow) via cronjob and sync everything into a single mailbox and folder, see here:

Hi,

I´m trying to share folders between users.
The first time I shared folder Inbox from User A to User B via SOGO, it also shared all subfolders.
Since then, every time I try it again, only the Inbox folder is shared, without the subfolders.

I could manually share all the folders, but there are hundreds…

Hi, I am trying out mailcow as a replacement for my current mail solution. But I run into a problem with sharing mailboxes. What I wanted to do was share one folder and its subfolders to another account but if I do that with an existing account I have to share each and every subfolder separately.

Is there any possibility to share folders recursively?
