Hi Again,

I am facing an issue with showing the content in .Sent in SoGO after the restoration of a backup to a new mailcow (old server crashed). The emails exist in «user»/Maildir/.Sent/cur, but I can only see the amount of them (3708 in total) in SoGo (please see attached screenshot). .Drafts and .Trash has same issue, but I can see emails in INBOX.

I tried to fts rescan and index the user mail but with no results (it prompts some mails with +r permission missing).
If I ls -l into the .Sent/cur folder I can see all e-mails.

How can I solve this issues? It is happening with all restored accounts.

    Ok,

    I found the issue, the mail files owner and group were not correct. there were set to root instead of vmail (5000). I did change the ownership, execute doveadm index on them and they are visible again.
