Catch all outgoing mail from one account

Hi, I hope anyone can help me.

I need to have a copy of all outgoing messages sent from a particular account, is this possible? Where should I make the rule?

In the site admin panel, check under Config - Mail Setup - Address rewriting - BCC Maps - Add BCC Map, select the account you want to email and enter the Blind CC destination.

Yes, I have tried it but it does not work, that is, when I configure the copies as “recipient” the mails sent by user_a@ reach user_b@ but when I change it to “sender” -that is what I need- the mails sent by user_a@ do not reach user_b@.

Does this configuration -Address rewriting BCC maps- work for you?

P.S .: I have the latest version of MailCow running.

Yes, I did a test setup and it does work as expected. I set it to send a copy of all mail sent from one account to do a BCC to another account on the same server.

Side note, I use the docker version, so I don’t know if that makes a difference.

Hi Kage, finally I decided to uncommenting the #sender_bcc_maps = line and it started working without a problem. I don’t know what relationship it will have, but it works.

P.S.: proxy:mysql: I left it as it was.
