if you set up a sendgrid relay for a domain, everything will go trough sendgrid. have you configured sender auth in sendgrid ?

Please be clear with your issue:
- you shared a folder and cannot access it from the other account ?
- you want to access another mailbox from sogo panel ?

the subscribe option only appear when an other user shared a folder
have you modified acl ?copy paste from admin webUI to excel …
