On my fresh mailcow installation (btw: works great, looks great… ), I can’t receive mails from one domain, that obviously doesnt SMTP with encryption.

On the sending domain, there is a report:

host server.example.de[2.6.2.2] said: 550 5.7.1 Session encryption is required (in reply to RCPT TO command)

The sending domain can’t change that - so I have to change the requirement for encryption :-(.

How to do that ?

Uli

In addition to the above:
According to Postfix TLS Support

, in postfix/main.cf, smtpd_tls_security_level should be set to “may” to allow both encrypted and unencrypted connections - and it is.
BUT in master.cf, there are some entries with “smtpd_tls_security_level=encrypt”… and I don’t understand, which entry is for what purpose.

Have something to say?
