docker on second ip address

Hello, i have to IP Addresses on my Server and want to run it on one of them, how must i set it up, i have tried it and became this message: Creating network “mailcowdockerized_mailcow-network” with driver “bridge”
ERROR: failed to allocate gateway (): No available addresses on this pool

I have settet up my second ip in the netplan like this:

i and o`s are the ip address
the second ip address is the ipo address for the mailcow
