Connection refused to rspamd server

do you all also have connection issues in the rspamd history like:

having the same issue.
… rspamd is retrying every few seconds.
This started around 14h ago.

perhaps a certificate error (with the R3 lets encrypt cert?):

to not being blocked by maps.rspamd.com at some time, I blocked outbound traffic to maps.rspamd.com.

As I have understand no need to intervene, this get fixed by rspam and the backend need to get fixed too.
