I’d like to replace my eGroupware installation with Mailcow, and I have a few questions regarding the setup.
I’m using Mailcow only for private purposes. My goal is to collect emails from several external mail accounts, manage two calendars, and synchronize everything with my phone.
My first challenge is configuring SOGo.
What is the best way to set it up if I want my main account’s Inbox to contain a separate folder for each additional email account, while also showing unread mail notifications for those folders?
So far, I’ve managed to create a subfolder (for example, GMX) and I can see all of its subfolders. However, SOGo does not indicate when new mail has arrived in that folder. I only see the new messages after I manually click on the folder.
How can I achieve the following structure, with unread mail counts visible directly?
Inbox **3**
├── GMX **1**
├── Web.de
├── Arcor **3**
└── Freenet **10**
Is this the recommended approach, or is there a better way to organize multiple external mail accounts in SOGo?
