maybl8 I have been seeing emails getting rejected that I use to receive that I no longer can receive. I want to say I haven’t changed anything but you never know. I have tried to put email addresses I want in allowlists but either I don’t put them in the correct allowlist or I don’t have it properly formatted. Even if there is something wrong with the sender server I would like to receive these emails. Can someone help me with what to do here? I don’t know where to start. It is so frustrating. I seem to get emails I don’t want and ones I want I can’t get. Thanks
DocFraggle You can try this: go to System -> Configuration -> Global filter maps Check the box at “I will be careful!” and head over to “Header-From: Allowlist” Add the domain like /.+domain\.com/i Click “Validate” and then “Save changes”
