Auto-refresh mail inbox

Hi I’m quite new to mailcow and have been searching online and can’t seem to find a way to do this, whenever I use mailcow the only way to show new emails is by manually clicking the refresh button or switching from one inbox to another. Is there a way to make the new emails appear automatically? Thanks for any help.

What are you talking about? SOGo? Thunderbird? Outlook?

esackbauer Oh sorry this is with SOGo I have my mailserver setup and when i send an email for example to my mailserver the only way to view it is by clicking that refresh button
with google and outlook it auto updated the emails and doesn’t need to be manually refreshed.

it will auto refresh in 2 minutes. In your SOGo settings you can change this to 1 minute, thats the shortest auto refresh time you can set.
