if your outgoing emails from mailcow are send out via mailjet then you dont need to add mailcow dkim record.

I have just updated to the latest version v2.0.4 and have set the SMTP and admin email details in the config file. I have a couple of questions:

1) What events cause an email to be send out to the admin email address via the SMTP settings?

2) How can I test that it’s working?

Currently only notification emails about failed DMARC import but more to come.
In settings page you can test if SMTP is configured correctly

All working now. It would be great, in a future update, if we can receive an email when a user tries to send an email that is spam etc

I’m sure its something simple but I ran the following and it shows the following but my version is still 1.48

Just read the release notes and see I have to modify the .env file.

Again - if your using Mailjet to send out emails then mailcow server ip is not needed to be in SPF.
you can ignore it.

I’ve enabled DMARC in Mailcow Logs Viewer and it works perfectly. I’ve configured the RUA address and the reports are checked every 3600 seconds (default setting). The problem is that I also receive reports in xml.gz format (Microsoft) and TLS reports in JSON format (Google, Yahoo, etc.) at this RUA address, which generates an error report every hour on the address configured in Mailcow Logs Viewer. So I changed the timer from 3600 to 86400 to receive one report per day. Do you have any idea how to read the xml.gz files and ignore the TLS reports in JSON format?

I may have spotted a bug. In the DMARC screen, in the source IPs tab, I have 3 entries saying “Unknown Provider” and next to each one is a broken image. Also, when I click on one, the broken image is there too.

Inspecting the html it’s trying to display an image in the location /static/assets/flags/xx.png

This is not a bug; it works correctly if you configure “MaxMind GeoIP” as explained in the documentation.
