I have tried rolling back to a version before update, still PHP issue.
And then updating again, I can see the admin web screen. PHP works now.

But I have found no more new email.
Below is some log looks suspicious:

It looks like you skipped updates for a year or so. There were some major updates, including DB schema upgrades. The only way would be to restore your previous configuration before trying to update, and then update one release to the next.
cd /opt/mailcow-dockerized docker compose down git fetch origin git checkout 2024-11 # example: next release tag ./update.sh # run migrations for that step
