New email accounts Unauthorized error after adding a new domain

I’m pretty new here, so working on getting things up and running. For the most part I have been successful with few issues to document. But one issue I am seeing consistently is that when I add a new domain and then create even one address under that domain, when I attempt to login via webmail (either directly through the webmail button or by using the hosting domain) I get unauthorized when the system tries to redirect to /SOGo/so. I end up having to ssh in and restart docker restart mailcowdockerized-sogo-mailcow-1 at the very least. This has happened for every new domain, except for the initial domain. Is there something I am missing in the setup? I am also noting Autodiscover errors in the logs after creating each new email, regardless of the domain. Once I get the initial email/emails working, adding a new email address doesn’t appear to have an issue. It is a bit frustrating having to ssh in every time I add a new domain, granted once I am setup completely this will be less of an occurrence, but I would still like to solve it for future expansion.

I tried reviewing the posts but didn’t come across anything so if anyone knows of a post that addresses this already, please share the link.

Are you talking about mailboxes or alias addresses? Have you created the necessary DNS entries for each new domain and have waited some hours until they are fully propagated?

esackbauer Mailboxes. I haven’t set up any aliases as of yet. I have tested it both ways (set up DNS from my host and set up Domain and initial mailbox with testing access directly). After the most recent domain addition I did with an email box setup at the same time I hit the same Not Authorized issue but went into the ssh stack on my VPS and ran docker restart mailcowdockerized-sogo-mailcow-1 which seemed to work and subsequent email boxes have had no issue.
