Add another domain to mailcow for send/recives mails

I have some trouble in adding another domain to mailcow, i did all configs (MX, DKIM, SPF .. etc) i can send mails but i cant recieve in the inbox, i think there is somthing wrong. i need help guys; is there any steps provided to add another domain ?

Check the Postfix logs. Check your DNS and give DNS time to propagate. 🙂

yes i did what you said
here is my config :
i have mail.domain.com configured properly
then i create a domain2.com and added it to mailcow “add domain” and got the dkim key
in the domain provider i made this setup
SPF : “v=spf1 ip4:<server-ip> _all”
DKIM: dkim._domainkey with the value from mailcow UI
autoconfig CNAME points to mail.domain.com
autodiscover CNAME points to mail.domain.com
domain2.com MX 10 mail.domain.com

I can send emails with the new domain but i cant recieve

i made a test with mxtoolbox

You able to solve it ? I am facing similar issue. add-on domain incoming mail doesnt work.

Once I moved out my DNS from cloudfare.. it works. I will have to take it up with cloudfare.

Hi my sogo has suddenly started showing http error 500, mailcow is working fine and I restarted the containers, SoGo still does not show the login page , please advise , thanks

Any reason to raise zombie issue, that is not relevant to your issue?
Any way search your logs, there should be some error that will be more descriptive.

Sorry for posting an irrelevant issue as I was out of my mind. Also, I said configured admin login allowed to yes but the webmail button in mailcow is still disabled , I restarted the contrainers and even the VM

Did you just upgrade your Mailcow to latest 2025-01? I would guess you need to check your umask is right and

umask
0022 # <- Verify it is 0022

and take your instance down and up

Sorry for confusion, I was referring to docs basically to be sure to use root using correct umask, that’s how all manipulation whit mailcow should be done. So if you reconfigure your umask for your common user you should revert it,…

So did you down and up your mailcow using root whit correct umask? Also I ask if you are updated to latest 2025-01 ?

ETNyx Hi I just installed mailcow 2 days ago for the first time, so this perhpas is the 2021-1 version.
I used root login to change the umask from 0002 to 0022 as you suggested

Ok, unless you can find something more, that’s end of the line for me, not sure how to help you. Everything I was able to think of should by solvable by proper down and up. Sorry maybe someone smarter can figure it out.
