Blacklist entries in Fail2ban

I have this many

Blacklist was changed, it has 306 entries

Curious to know

Is this allot?
How many do you have?

There is also many that say like 198.102.15.25/32 and 192.102.15.10/32
So ones with multiple ip’s with the same two beginning numbers .
Should I change some of these to say 192.102.0.0/16

Just curious what others are doing?

Banning 65000 potential mail servers because of 2 IPs seems a bit over the top. I usually choose the smallest possible mask if I notice multiple abusing hosts on a subnet. Increasing it is always still possible.
