Hello,

I’ve just finished setting up my first Mailcow instance. I am able to send/receive emails, sort of. I have set up the DNS at my registrar with A, MX, spf, dmarc and dkim records FYI.

Emails sent to gmail and apple’s mac/icloud.com work fine. When I send to my employers email system it does not arrive. When I send to 1 another domain I own it does not arrive. When I send to third domain I own it gets rejected with this:

50-"JunkMail rejected - box.mymailcowdomain.com [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]:45274 is in an
RBL on 550-csi.cloudmark.com/reset-request/?ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx , see Poor
Reputation 550 Sender" (in reply to RCPT TO command)

Any help is appreciated…

I dont get any other rejected emails bounced back so dont know of any errors. Should I look somewhere else?

Is it likely that CSI would remove my IP or would it be easier to get a clean IP from my provider?

Cloudmark does usually reset your reputation. 🙂

Ok, I submitted the Cloudmark reset application. Hope that fixes things..
