es sobre SOGo, cuando se realiza la instalación el acceso por web funciona bien pero SOGo webmail solo redirecciona a la misma web, ya reinstale varias veces

Check the logs, if SOGO is starting:

Also check if you did not disable SOGo in mailcow.conf:
SKIP_SOGO=n
This is how it should look like.
And then to activate the change:

docker compose stop
docker compose start
